Terms of Service

The Site is operated by Van Clief Media d/b/a Eduba (“Eduba,” “we,” “us”). We offer professional AI certification programs, including The Lyceum.

Joining the waitlist adds you to a contact list to be notified when enrollment opens. It is not an admission decision, an enrollment, or a contract for services. We may close cohorts, change pricing, modify the program structure, or postpone start dates before enrollment opens.

When enrollment opens, you'll receive an email with pricing, start dates, and a separate enrollment process. Those terms will govern your purchase if you choose to enroll.

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without our written permission
• Submit false information through the waitlist form
• Interfere with the operation of the Site (e.g. automated abuse)

All content on the Site — text, design, code, video, audio, the methodology referenced as ICM (Interpretable Context Methodology), and the marks “The Lyceum,” “Eduba,” and “ICM” — is owned by Van Clief Media or its licensors. You may view and share the Site for personal informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services, including YouTube, Skool, Instagram, GoHighLevel, and Cloudflare. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Case studies, outcomes, methodologies, and stories described on the Site are illustrative. They are not guarantees of any specific result for you. Professional development outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van Clief Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to defend and hold harmless Van Clief Media from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
