You're not behind because you're slow.
You're learning the wrong layer.
You learned prompting six months ago. Already outdated.
You built something with an agent framework. It broke when the API updated.
You took a course. Half of it was irrelevant within 90 days.
Everyone seems to "get it" except you.
Every LinkedIn post is someone showing off their AI workflow.
Every Twitter thread is a new tool you haven't learned yet.
If you're watching this, you probably feel like AI is moving too fast. It's not. You just don't have the right framework yet.
Stop reacting. Start predicting.
Hold a seat in the cohort that fits: Technical, Business, or Creator. Get pricing, start dates, and first-access enrollment before public launch.

The Lyceum
I spent 8 years in the Marine Corps working on cryptographic systems and F-35/F-18 avionics. Zero-defect environments. When something breaks at 30,000 feet, you don't get to iterate.
I started seeing patterns. The same patterns that made fighter jets work made AI systems work. The same abstraction layers. The same question: what layer does this problem belong on?
“The protocols that run the internet are free. TCP/IP made nobody rich. Amazon, Google, and Netflix built businesses on top of it. The technology was never the moat. What you built with it was.”
I went to Edinburgh to study AI governance. I started teaching faculty at a small college. Then Pacific Life called. Then KPMG. Then IAG. Then the research got published.
Somewhere in there, I built a system that took 160 hours of manual compliance work and made it take 5 minutes. I trained 1,500+ employees across Fortune 500 companies. 95% were still using what I taught them 30 days later.
I've never offered a certification before. Eduba has trained thousands, but we've never put our name on a credential. This is the first time. And I want to make it count.
They say:
“AI is moving too fast. I can't keep up.”
The Industry Is Predictable
The transformer paper came out in 2017. Almost a decade ago. That's not fast. That's a pattern playing out. Jacquard looms predicted Turing. Turing predicted Unix. Unix predicted this. If you learned to see patterns in 2020, you'd have predicted everything since.
If I understand the pattern, I can predict what's next.
They say:
“I'm not technical enough for this.”
Concepts Transfer Across Roles
The methodology is the same. What changes is the application. A developer applies folder architecture to code. A business owner applies it to operations. A creator applies it to content. The thinking is identical.
There's a version of this for me.
They say:
“Another AI course will be outdated in 6 months.”
Folders Over Agents
ICM (Interpretable Context Methodology) is the layer beneath the tools. Folder architecture as agent architecture. If Claude disappeared tomorrow, what would you still know? Most courses: nothing. This one: everything. Symbols capture processes. Edge cases need precision; knowledge cases need understanding. ICM was true in 1950. It'll be true in 2035.
This is an investment in how I think, not what I use.
- Anxious about every AI announcement
- Copying prompts without understanding why they work
- Building systems that break when tools update
- Feeling perpetually behind
- Locked to specific tools and frameworks
- Confident in the underlying pattern
- Understanding why things work at the conceptual level
- Building durable systems that survive tool changes
- Excited about updates, not threatened by them
- Tool-agnostic thinking that transfers everywhere

Is The Lyceum For You?
We built this for a specific kind of operator. If you're that person, this is the most direct path. If you're not, this will frustrate you. Read both columns.
This is for you if:
- You've taken three AI courses and still feel behind.
- You're tired of prompt packs and framework-of-the-month tutorials.
- You want to build a real system, not collect certificates.
- You're willing to show up live and do the work.
- You want a methodology that survives the next model release.
This is not for you if:
- You want a magic prompt pack.
- You won't show up to live sessions.
- You're looking for a quick win.
- You think AI is a scam or a bubble.
- You want someone else to do the work for you.

What This Is Actually Worth
These aren't inflated marketing numbers.
Pricing reflects Jake's real cohort instruction rate. The same fee paid by Pacific Life, KPMG UK, and IAG.
Most courses inflate every line item to make their value stack look six-figures. We don't. Every number above is the actual market price for that service. Verifiable, not theatrical.
