Privacy Policy

Van Clief Media d/b/a Eduba (“Eduba,” “we,” “us”) operates The Lyceum at lyceum.eduba.io. This policy explains what information we collect when you join the waitlist, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

1. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, you provide:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Cohort interest (Technical, Business, or Creator)

We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not request or store passwords, government IDs, financial account numbers, or any other sensitive personal data.

2. How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

  • Add you to the waitlist for The Lyceum
  • Email you when enrollment opens, with pricing and start dates
  • Send program updates relevant to the cohort you selected
  • Respond if you contact us with a question

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles for any other purpose.

3. Who we share it with (sub-processors)

We use the following third parties to operate the site and process waitlist data:

  • GoHighLevel — customer relationship management; stores your contact record and sends our emails. Form submissions are sent to their endpoint at services.leadconnectorhq.com.
  • Cloudflare — hosts a small worker that returns the live waitlist count displayed on the page.
  • GitHub Pages — static site hosting for lyceum.eduba.io.
  • YouTube (via youtube-nocookie.com) — embedded video player. Privacy-enhanced mode is used so no YouTube tracking cookies are set until you play the video.

These providers act on our behalf and are not authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Lyceum landing page uses minimal cookies. The embedded YouTube player does not set tracking cookies until you click to play. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling.

5. Your rights

You can request, at any time:

  • Access to the data we have about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data
  • An export of your data in machine-readable form

To exercise any of these rights, email lyceum@eduba.io. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until the cohort you're interested in is no longer being offered — whichever comes first. If you enroll in The Lyceum, your contact data rolls over into your active-student record.

7. Children

The Lyceum is intended for adults pursuing professional development. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we've received data from a minor, we'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. If we make material changes, we'll email active waitlist members before they take effect.
